Once you've actually started running simulations for the month, that month's compute is used up and isn't refundable — but you can cancel anytime to stop all future charges. No dark patterns.

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active, and you will retain access to the paid tier benefits, until the end of your current billing period. No further recurring charges will be made.
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase for our subscription plans. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request to our support team within fourteen (14) days of the transaction.
Compute Resource & Token Activation Exception:Because our service provides instantly provisioned digital resources (virtual CPU/MCU cycles, simulation sessions, and network link emulation), your refund eligibility is waived once compute resources are initiated. Specifically, generating an access token and using it to initiate a connection (establishing an active simulation or API session) constitutes activation of that month's compute usage, making that billing cycle ineligible for a refund. This protects us from abuse while keeping genuine mistakes fully refundable.
